In this petition for writ of mandamus, the Court found that the court's order requiring one of the defendants to turn over his hard drive for forensic examination was improper and found that "in compelling discovery from [the defendant] . . .without requiring [the plaintiff] . . . to identify specific discovery requests with which [the defendant] . . . had not complied, without holding a hearing on [the defendant's] . . .
