Electronic Alternative Dispute Resolution

(4-9-04) Teleconference mediation service looks to Las Vegas "Have a problem with someone and you just can't work it out with them? Taking them to court may not be necessary. In fact, even being in the same room with them could also be a thing of the past. A New Hampshire businessman is marketing his teleconference dispute resolution tool, DisputeFree, as the way to go for mediation and hopes to drum up some interest in Las Vegas. The Entertainment Capital of the World was originally targeted as the roll-out destination for the product late last year, but after some glitches came up in the airing of local radio ads, founder Scott Moffett decided to switch gears."
